This was our second time staying at Fairview Lodge and we were extremely pleased with the house. Originally the change in layout was not ideal for our group (3 families) when they removed one king bedroom, but we were able to manage quite well, and the management company was fantastic to work with us on the change. The house is very open with plenty of comfortable seating, especially with the new sectional couch and tv space in the basement. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make most of our meals at the house, whether breakfast, dinner, or snacks. The Management company was also great to accommodate our early check in and was very communicative during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We have been vacationing in Colorado for many years, and after going to Tahoe last year, we were so glad to be back in Breck. We will definitely consider to stay again and use this company for alternative properties should our needs change. Thegolf course location was also ideal for us to get to all our activities, and visit 3 different resorts (Breck, Keystone, & Vail) during our stay. Highly recommended from us.

Our entire family has been going to Breckenridge on Labor Day weekend for over 20 years to celebrate Grandpa's birthday. We have stayed in various properties over the years as are family has grown and Fairview Lodge fits our family perfectly! We enjoy getting out on the deck, playing cards, putting puzzles together and just plain having fun in this beautiful home in a perfect location.

We had a great time. We are a family of 10 including a 2 year old. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house housed all of us easily without feeling like we were in too if each other. Bigggg kitchen which was good as we took turns cooking dinner and then all hands in for cleanup. The communication with the rental company was STELLAR. Always responsive. The only issue we had was my husband got hit in the back by a golf ball while playing with our grandson up by the hot tub. As one who has hit an errant shot or two you know the risks of being close to a tee box. We always felt safe and even met some of the resident neighbors. Highly recommend this property and this property mgmt company.

We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice warm garage to park our two vehicles in. Kitchen was well stocked and never ever ran out of hot water in showers. Hot tub was clean and hot and in great working order. Had a great time!

This was our 2nd stay at Fairview Lodge & it was even better than the 1st time. It was our 30th Anniversary and we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a charcuterie board as a gift! The house is very well appointed and spacious. We love the main floor living room especially as there is so much room for everyone to sit and talk or play games. The kitchen is beautiful and recently remodeled. We will stay at this property again for sure!

It was absolutely and incredible week with our family. Far exceeded our expectations. There was a place for everyone - it was so comfortable and appealing. We were the fortunate occupants to a new kitchen that was beautiful very functional - we felt blessed to be in that beautiful home with spectacular views from every window - we didn't have to call on you folks for anything as I remember. We did call about a wine opener and then found it - the only drawback was personal for me as I had altitude sickness that lingered during the week. We got oxygen that helped but I was fatigued - it didn't ruin by stay - I was OK when I stayed seated so that I did and watched everyone having a great time. We were so close to downtown as well. All good.

House was all it was advertised to be. great location and even a better view. I will stay their again this coming year. I will not rent thru River ridege rentals. The companies cancelation or even changerules are way to strict. i called less than a week after i paid my down payment, after i found out the house did not have central A/C. I am from texas and have rented in breck for 30 years. I did not want to chane my recervation i just wanted to change houses for the same dates. the answer was a quick no. No changes and no cancelations. In this day in time that is not customer service in my book Iwill rent the house next Sept but not thru River Ridge rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, great views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone was very content with their rooms and the layout worked great. Only thing that would make the home even better was if there was a Bluetooth set of speakers to connect to for listening to music, as well as a Smart TV for connecting to Netflix, etc., for the kids. We would happily stay here again!

We had a group mixed of family and friends celebrating 3 birthdays stay 6 nights in February. The Fairview Lodge was the perfect home for our group! Exactly as described. Easy checkin & checkout. The staff at River Ridge Rentals was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The views across the fairway and of the mountains covered in snow were incredible! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! During winter visits be sure to checkout: Roger’s Snowbikes, Extreme Sledding at Country Boy Mine, Performance Snowmobiling at White Mountain Adventures, Denver airport transfers via Slope Transportation and around town commuting and transportation via Jake’s Mountain Shuttle.

The loft is newly remodeled and beautiful. We were there for a pond hockey tournament and loved having the downstairs area for our gear. Also, having 4 king beds and bathrooms was amazing. Everything was new and clean. We had everything we needed. The location was also right in the middle of Breck. We will be back and cannot thank you enough for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful luxury home in golf course. Stayed for family thanksgiving lots of room And house offered many amenities. Had a few issues with micro wave and zoned heating but it got resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommend if you have a big family gathering. About 10 minute drive to gondola peak 8 by car.

This home was perfect for our family. The teenage boys had their own "zone" downstairs with 2 king-size suites and private baths, a mini-fridge for their drinks, access to their own t.v., the pool table and the hot tub. Meanwhile, the adults were upstairs in our own king suites, a well-wquipped kitchen, a beautiful deck and room for eveyone at dinner time. Couldn't have been better!!

The property was even more impressive than it looked in the pictures. The view and light from the huge windows was wonderful. The property was spotless and the contact with property management was excellent. Due to COVID we did not venture into town and spent the whole trip at the house cooking meals in the large, well appointed kitchen. Our family was so grateful to have a place we could gather safely together in this difficult year.

Gorgeous, spacious home overlooking a golf course! Gold course was closed at the time of our stay, but we were able to use it to walk and jog daily.We were visited by mule deer daily and even had a mama and baby moose pay us a visit.Home is very close to the town of Breckenridge and we visited the town often.I highly recommend Fairview Lodge and River Ridge Rentals.

This property was perfect for our large group. The five bathrooms and six bedrooms were just what we needed and the kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate the cooks, the helpers and all the rest. The large picture window was great for watching the storms come in and it was soothing to watch the tall pines ebb and flow with the wind. We noted a few minor items that needed repair (like the pilot light for the fireplace was not lit) but we called on check in and it was fixed right away. Would definitely return to this property.

This house worked wonderfully for our needs! There was plenty of room for all our couples, and we loved the game room. If you're into running or need a nice walk, the golf course right outside provided a nice 1.4 mile loop. If I had to change anything about this property, it would be location. While sitting outside, you could hear a little road noise, though you couldn't hear anything from inside. Also, being RIGHT on the golf course may be nice for golfers, but otherwise you have golfers passing right in front of your view all day. All that being said, we loved it and will definitely be back for our next family vacation!

Our experience was outstanding. The home was in great shape when we arrived. Large enough to accommodate our family of ten with room to spare. The view out the living room window was outstanding. This is the 4th house we've stayed at in the Breckenridge area and it was by far the best one yet! We have a large group (10 adults, 8 children) that vacation together and this house accommodated us perfectly - each family had their own bathroom, there was a bunk room for the older children, a good yard to play in, and quick access to Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne.

Fairview Lodge was a great fit for our large party of 14. There were adequate sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The views were beautiful and the location was central and easy to get to. The kitchen was adequate with a lot of place settings and silverware, but would really like to see some upgrades to kitchen ware. The pots and pans were pretty old and scraped up in poor condition and the griddle I needed to use for breakfast was old and grimey. I cooked most meals while we were there and that was the only concern about the house. The wood floors were really scraped up, but that made us feel more comfortable we wouldn’t tear anything up with shoes on.
We are glad to hear that Fairview Lodge worked so well for your party, and we are in agreement about the incredible views! Thank you for letting us know about the condition of the kitchenware, and we apologize that they were not up to expected condition. Came to Colorado to go Skiiing/Snowboarding with friends for my Birthday. This home is less than 10 minutes from the lifts. Also went on a snowmobile tour through the mountains about 30-40 minutes away. There were five of us which worked out perfectly, since there are Five King Beds with each having a bathroom attached. Hot Tub & Pool table were also a Bonus. Would definitley stay at this Home again on a Future Mountain Excursion!

It was abaolutely perfect. 6 family getaway - 12 adults - and we all had ample space to unwind. The family enjoyed many nights at the pool table and in the hot tub! Everything was clean and well maintained. After a heavy snowdrop the maintenance crew came and cleared the driveway. We loved having the heated garage. The view will take your breath away. Perfectly located near keystone, frisco, and breckenridge. Will definitely return!!!!

The kitchen, laundry room and all bathrooms had everything you need, i.e. soap, shampoo, TP. The house was large enough to fit a group of 19. Lots of plates and glasses. Beds were comfy and roomy. We had a great week!

For our annual "Guys Trip", we chose to visit Colorado. While deciding where to stay I found the Fairview Lodge and it had the number of rooms we needed and the location is what we were looking for, although our stay was at the tail end of ski season, allowing us to travel to nearby points of interest and scenic areas. From the moment we arrived, gaining access was a breeze and the home was immaculate and included toiletries and petty much everything we needed for our 'home away from home'. We were a group of 6 and as we selected our individual bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, found ourselves impressed by the available amenities including toiletries, enjoying a few games of pool and watching movies on the big screen TV. Unfortunately, we had several days of rain and didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but the view of the Rocky Mountains more than made up for it! Part of the vacation was the home itself where we enjoyed relaxation and prepared several meals when we didn't dine out locally. The surrounding grounds felt private yet not isolated and we met some of the neighbors who were friendly. Overall, the home was perfect for us that met or exceeded our expectations and at the risk of patting myself on the back, I received several 'at a boys' from my friends about the house choice. These are friends that I've known since Middle School and are enjoying traveling together. Even though we were a small group, I can easily see twice as many people being comfortable at the Fairview Lodge as well. Thank you again for providing such a great home!! - The Astoria Boys

We had 3 families vacationing together for a week in this home. The home was clean and furnished with high quality furnishings and linens. We made good use of the well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for several meals. The kids enjoyed the pool table & hot tub after a day of skiing. The property manager was easy to work with and quickly resolved an outlet issue that we had when too many hair dryers were going at the same time. :) I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great location to take a Breckenridge Ski vacation. We look forward to returning next year.

We loved the house! It was large enough to accommodate our 3 families and 3 cars comfortably. The house was very clean and it was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was great too and we were pleased the driveway was plowed after a big snowfall. The location was just a short drive to Breckenridge main skiing area. We really enjoyed the house and hope to come back again!

We had 5 couples and some single guys up for a weekend to ski and celebrate my husband's 35th birthday. It was a blast! Everyone had their own room with a king bed and a bathroom and the guys used the bunk room... There was plenty of space and the common areas were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, we played pool, listened to music, played games at the large dining table and we used the hot tub after skiing all day! Perfect house if you don't care about being in town and just want to relax at a beautiful property after skiing Keystone, Breck, ABasin, or Copper!
