We had an absolutely wonderful time! Beautiful home - it is incredibly large!!! Perfect location in the summer as you can easily bike to town! The view is wonderful. And River Ridge rentals was a dream to work with. Very easy to communicate with and they were so helpful with some of our needs. In fact, we chose to extend our stay and booked the second half of our trip for a home directly through them. Highly recommend working with this agency.

Breathtaking Views!

Our family of 9 (including adult kids and grandkids) stayed in July 2024. Bearadise was absolutely wonderful! It is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The views were breathtaking! We had plenty of space to all be together, and also space to go our own way. The kitchen island is massive and perfect for family meals/gatherings. I would struggle to say anything negative; my only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding(sheets) and linens (towels). They were perfectly fine, but given the luxury accommodations everywhere else, they seemed out of place. I would highly recommend this property and also the management company (River Ridge Rentals) as they were easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Five stars!!'

For a large family of 12 - this was the perfect rental for us. Everything about the house was just as described, if not better. The location was ideal as you are close enough to town (five minute drive) but also get to experience being tucked away with beautiful balcony views. We made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and playing games. The property managers were great to work with and the customer service was top notch. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon.

I’ve been on a few “cabin trips” in my time and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in a while. It wasn’t hard to get to the place from Denver (about an hr and 45 mins away) Everything was beautiful from the views down to the rooms. It was more than enough space for my group (4 couples). I feel that the pictures listed online doesn’t do the house justice, we were all pleased with the aesthetics. We ended up having a problem with the microwave, I called the host and they were very attentive on ways I can fix it. I’m glad we decided to go with this place and I would definitely stay here all over again.

Bearadise was a great property. The view is pretty unbeatable. It’s very unobstructed and the deck is perfectly positioned to really enjoy it. We especially loved having the hot tub on the higher level deck. Many rentals keep them below away from the proper seating area and it was great for kids to be close by all the action. The inside was beautiful and well designed. The living rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms were modern and very comfortable. The property was well maintained and any small issues we were very quickly handled with the most attentive property managers. In fact, anyone who came by to service pool or do a mid week clean was more than ready to handle any issues that we had which I really appreciated. My only nit picks are- I think they should have TVs in each room. This house is big enough to share with families and it would be nice to have the rooms able to lounge in. Also, the closet/dresser situation needs attention. The master has almost no storage, the downstairs bunk has nothing, and the twin room didn’t have anywhere to put folded clothes. We stayed for 2 weeks and really hate to live out of a suitcase or with mess around. Also a friendly suggestion- but the 3rd floor room with the private bath should have a bigger bed so it could be almost another master suite. And the twin beds should have the room with the detached bath. We will definitely stay here again!!

We rented Bearadise Forest through River Ridge Rentals (RRR) in early June and the house and RRR were fantastic. To the views, location of less than 2 miles to Main Street, proximity to hiking and golf, we had a great time. The house has everything needed for cooking or just relaxing, and enough room for 8 adults to spread out or gather together.RRR was very responsive, and Adam came out promptly to deal with a small issue that could have waited until we vacated. A very engaging and thorough professional. Communication from RRR was great prior to arrival, during our stay, and prior to our checkout.Would highly recommend RRR and Bearadise Forest to anyone heading to Breckenridge!

House was great, met all expectations. If you do have a large group of just adults, know that the bunk beds are all located in one room. So you might have 5-6 adults sleeping in one room. Other than that, house is close to liquor store and 7-11. Uber took 5-8 minutes to get downtown.

This is a beautiful house and perfect for a group vacation. The house is modern and very clean. We really enjoyed the game room. We take one star away from the general condition because most of the closets were locked and in fact, the main bedroom only had two armoires. Also, some of the towels were stained (not dirty but bleached) and the coffee maker didn't work well. The management company was excellent and responded to the issues we had about the hot tub and fire pit immediately.

The house was exactly at pictured. About a ten minute drive to the slopes and downtown. The only issue was small, the house didn’t have some basic things available- like laundry detergent or counter top cleaner. So we had to make a trip to the store to purchase. Otherwise it was perfect!

House was perfect and the location was very close to the slopes. We had an issue where a light was not working in the game room. We reached out to the management company and they came out almost immediately to get it fixed. The house was very clean and everything we expected. Lots of beds that were very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and ran hot the whole time. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

We stayed in this lovely home for a winter getaway with my sisters and our daughters. This place did not disappoint. Well equipped modern kitchen, lots of beds and rooms for us snowed a lot while we were there and they plowed the driveway so well. Heated garage was super nice. The hot tub really help make it special for us. We cooked in every night, played games and the girls went skiing. All in all fantastic stay. The property management team was very responsive too.

lovely home in a lovely setting large enough for many people

We were a group of 6 adult women, a mix of sisters and daughters. This is a beautiful home not far from skiing or downtown, not walkable however. The kitchen is huge, well equipped and fun to cook in. We cooked at the house instead of going out most days because that is what my family likes to do and because of Covid being hot at the time in Summit County. Many different places for people to sleep, beds were comfortable. The home is very quiet. We took full advantage of the hot tub which is large and comfortable. The views were amazing when the sun came out after 2 days of heavy snow. The property management team was very responsive. Plowed the driveway down to the pavement. Heated garage a big plus. Fireplaces and floor heating kept home very warm, a bit too warm at times but we figured out a balance. Would definitely recommend this place and would certainly come again!

Overall the property was exactly as described. It is in a perfect location for a Breckenridge vacation. While none of us skied, the house was only minutes from the mountain gondola system. The property was clean and well equipped. The management team was very responsive to our needs. While we didn't ski, we tubed, sleigh rode and snow mobiled. Had a great time. Main street in Breckenridge was only minutes away. Only a couple of minor recommendations; There should be more instructions on how the heating system/thermostats work. It took us a couple of days to figure it out. Also, there should be one bathroom hand towel for each guest, not one for each sink. No one likes to wash their face and then use a towel shared with others.But overall a wonderful place to stay for a Breckenridge vacation.

We loved our stay! The home was clean and the views from every window was stunning. We had trouble with the internet and someone came over right away. We held a catered meal for our son's engagement and the kitchen table sat all 10 of us comfortably. The pictures we took on the balcony are amazing! We would visit again as well as recommend the home to family and friends.

This is a great house with lots of space and spectacular views (as good or better than the pictures). We really appreciated the kitchen and game room. It’s very quiet and about a 5+ minute drive to the heart of Breck. There is a mountain bike / walking trail that runs in front of the house. We had no issues during our stay and found the management company easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience staying at this location. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are unbelievable. Our group of 8 had plenty of room and each had their own room and bathroom. A huge plus when couples travel in my opinion. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the house, had everything you needed. Exceeded our expectations. This house spared no expense in the quality of furniture, appliances, outdoor furniture ext. Location was great, 5 min to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. The view was outstanding to wake up everyday with the view of the mountains and Breckenridge Ski Resort. No issues what so ever! We plan on going back next year.

This was a great experience from the beginning. The communication from the get go was prompt. We got to the house late due to the weather but there were no problems getting in. The house itself was amazing. The few things that people complained about in the reviews were dealt with, which says a lot about the owner. The master bedroom was very nice with a great view of the mountains. Huge master bath. The kitchen was furnished with professional appliances and all the hardware needed to cook anything you want. There was no expense spared for this home in any area. From the patio furniture to the beds in the bedrooms. You are literally 5 min from Breckenridge Ski Resort/Downtown were all the shops are. We plan on staying here again next year and I would recommend this home to anyone with a big family for sure. We had no issues at all.
