5th Annual Mac & Cheese Fest: Copper Mountain

Return to Copper Mountain for the 5th Annual Mac & Cheese Fest, July 27th - 28th from 12pm - 5pm each day!  Enjoy inspired creative cheesy concoctions as you sit out listening to live music.  If sampling is not enough, participate in the eating contest, watch a magic performance, make some noodle art and enjoy all the activities Copper Mountain has to offer.

As always, Copper’s events are free to attend, include free parking, and dog-friendly!

Last year’s menu featured items such as:

• The Cheesiest Mac & Cheese Ever (voted Cheesiest by all kids of all time)
• Nawlin’s Style Mac including Chicken, Andouille, Shrimp Smoked Gouda Creole Sauce, Okra and Cotija
• Hatch Chili, Chicken Chicharron Mac served in a Fried Tortilla topped with Avocado Creme and Cilantro
• Crispy Mac with choice of Ribs, Homemade Kielbasa, or Andy’s famous thick cut bacon
• Roasted Pork and Brie Mac with Apple, Fennel, Artichoke and a Butter Cracker Crust.
• Mac & Cheese Wontons over a bed of Asian Slaw
