One of the best properties in Breckenridge. Comfortable, ski in/ski out, hot tub, 4 bedrooms. No need to shlep our gear around or ride transports to ski. Great staff who were easy to contact and addressed our questions quickly so we could keep on enjoying our time on the mountain.

House was very well maintained and very comfortable. Had all kitchen amenities and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was probably the most proactive that I've experienced. Reached out to make sure everything was ok and left us a gift basket. Very responsive to texts and helpful.

Spent 5 nights with our dear family friends that we see twice a year. Our goal was easy access to ski, comfortable lodging for all, space for tween/teens and adults to relax, play games and dine. Avid cooks enjoyed well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was fantastic and we appreciated the service mid stay. The home met all expectations for us and made our trip memorable and easy!

Broken Jacuzzi

Great place, plenty of room, unfortunately one of the reason for renting this place was the jacuzzi, and despite 3 attempts to fix the unit, we were left without the jacuzzi for the length our stay. When we approach our contact for resolution, we were told you need to contact the owner.

Perfect Family stay over Thanksgiving

We had our three kids and 2 grandchildren stay here over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us with 4+ bedrooms, a pool table "mans cave" , a 2 car garage, and a beautiful open concept living Room/ Dining room, and Kitchen. Location had good views and easily accessible to the ski runs. We had 24" of snow right before our stay which added the experience.

Wonderful house we rented for the entire family to stay together . Very quiet and fully stocked . If we had any issues , the management company was very quick to respond . The only suggestion is for some type of patio furniture to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evenings or mornings . Will be back !

Welcome to Trailside Lodge, new to River Ridge Rentals! Perfectly situated just off the Four O'Clock ski run, this spacious retreat offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access. Start your day by skiing or snowboarding down towards Snowflake Lift via the groomed trail right out your back door, and end it by gliding home from Trygve Trail.

Inside, Trailside Lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition, then unwind in the private hot tub to soak away the day’s adventures. The gourmet kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare a feast, and the outdoor grill make hosting meals a breeze. With four inviting bedrooms, there's plenty of space to rest and recharge.
