Excellent ski in/out with plenty of room

We rented the house for a 40th bday celebration with our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We had more than enough space. Plenty of additional gathering space between the pool table room and expansive great room. We did have a heating failure the last night we stayed there (woke up very chilly). The team was very responsive to our messages all week. They decided to address the heat after we left as the sun heats the house well during the day and they kindly refunded a portion of our last night as compensation for the issue. The elevator was very helpful in getting things from the lowest level to the kitchen/ski storage area. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a group of 5 families that stayed at Snow Maker Manor over spring break and had the most AMAZING experience. The home is spectacular with every amenity you could want for a ski vacation. Ski in / ski out for all ability levels and a wonderful ski locker area with plenty of room for ski equipment for out entire group. The on-site service was spectacular and responsive immediately with any concern. It was the most wonderful ski vacation for all of the families! Thank you VERY much for such a fantastic experience.

Fabulous Rendezvous

The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! Our stay was pleasant, and the location was fantastic, allowing us to have a wonderful time with friends and family. The amenities were impressive, with plenty of bathrooms and spacious living areas for both kids and adults to enjoy. The staff was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions and concerns through chat.However, a few details fell short of our expectations. The sheets and beds didn’t feel as clean as we would have liked, with some pet hair present, making us unsure if they had been properly washed. Additionally, couple of the restrooms lacked locks, which was a bit challenging, especially with kids. Some sliding doors didn’t close securely, leaving gaps that compromised privacy. The pool table could also use some updating, as the felt and cue sticks were worn.With a few improvements in these areas, this home could easily reach a 5-star standard. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Our family was thrilled with this beautiful home we choose for our 2024 reunion. First of all, the elevator was a huge help in getting all the groceries up from the garage and bags to our rooms. The great room was perfect and the views from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. And the multi-level layout kept us together and yet gave us privacy as well. The theater was delightful for watching movies and football games. We all loved the pool room and grandsons enjoyed the chess table as well. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to make meals for the 16 of us. The hot tub was delightful and we loved the trifold doors to the patio. I was extremely pleased with how kind and responsive the River Ridge Management Company was. Would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it for others as well. Just wish we could go during ski season--would be awesome!

Fantastic and well equipped property. Our party enjoyed it all! Hot tub, fire pit, billiards room, chess table. While we were out and about during the day, we gathered each night for a meal at the property. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of dishes and utensils, large frig and freezer, with supplemental refrigerator space. Drip coffee maker, plus Keurig for our regular, half caff and decaf members. Also, plenty of towels, especially handy for using the hot tub on the cool evenings. The view was great, we loved seeing the sun come over the mountains in the morning. Easy walk to the Copper Village where activities such as bike rentals or the mountain coaster could be arranged. Staff was very responsive and proactive with information. Would highly recommend!

For the second straight summer we booked Snowmaker Manor. We had our entire family of 18. Again, the house worked great. It's beautiful, roomy and functional. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, used the firepit, the hottub and the theater room. The hosts were outstanding and very responsive. A great trip.

Everything that our very large group (including children) needed to be comfortable. Somehow even better than the photos, we loved having multiple rooms to hang out in including the game room and theater room. Enjoyed my stay here very much. The house was perfect for my adults only ski trip. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out when desired. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was superb. The elevator made bringing in groceries and luggage much easier. It is ski in/out but there is also a shuttle you can call to pick you up directly at the house. The only thing I would suggest is to supply humidifiers in the rooms.

This property had tons of space for our large group of 18. The layout is quite unique but still high-end, and all our friends and family were quite impressed. The kids loved the theater room, and the adults loved the pool-table and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked with a huge fridge, which is good because we 18 mouths to feed. The backyard area was very pleasant, with great views, and we were often found outside circling the fire pit.The fine folks at River Ridge rentals responded very quickly to a couple minor issues, and were absolutely a delight to work with.Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great family vacation

We used all of the amenities. We spent hours on the back porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our grandkids watched movies in the great home theater. The activities at Copper Mountain are great fun and a walkable distance. The management company is responsive and courteous. It couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend.

As stunning as the pictures for this are are, they do not convey how incredible this house is. We had an extended family reunion here in June with perfect weather to match the perfect views from this property. There are so many bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to accommodate a large group. There are plenty of places to hang out together or to get away for a little privacy. The outdoor seating area was enjoyed daily. We like to have dinners in with such a big group and noticed we did not have a can opener. One was delivered to us the next morning. I cannot recommend this place and the management team highly enough!

The location is fabulous! Ski in/ski out. Beautiful views! The property had everything we needed except a can opener. It was so nice to have kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels etc provided. Every bedroom has an ensuite! Perfect place for our family vacation!

Overall, it was a nice getaway. Ski in was a little difficult for the younger skiers. The elevator was broken for most of the stay, making it difficult to unload ski equipment and pack up before we left.

This is a fabulous home, and we would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others. The ski room worked so well for our family of 17 and we loved the boot and glove dryers.The beds, bedding, and bathroom lines were well stocked.A few small things...The downstairs clothes dryer didn't seem to dry unless you ran it for three cycles.One of the microwaves is missing the glass tray. We moved the downstairs tray one to the kitchen microwave b/c the kitchen one had a metal pan in it, which didn't seem right.The kitchen seriously lacked for nothing, except a nonstick frying pan to cook eggs.We had a problem getting the theatre room to work, but the management company sent someone right over who got it working.

The home is beautiful, it has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are the most comfortable beds (all of them). Neighbors are very spread out. And looking at the stars off the deck at night was epic. We are definitely going back to this home!

We have a 12 y/o dog with bad hip arthritis so the elevator was so wonderful to have. The refrigerator would turn off randomly overnight and needed service. The response from management was instant . The check out was easy. Would love to come again !

Great location, great house for big groups
Arrived on 2022-03-23 | Ivyl B.A great ski-in, ski-out house, halfway up Kokomo lift. It can be a smidge tricky to ski back to the house if you are a novice skier. The house is great, with lots of space for many people. The kitchen stuff (utensils, small appliances, glasses, etc.) is all kinda worn out, and it is time for some replacements. The ice maker is the loudest appliance ever, and the house would be immeasurably better if the ice maker was thrown away. The hot tub is also showing its age. Overall though, it is still a great 5-star house.

right on the mountain - a bit of a challenge to ski in but not out. very well maintained - the few issues that we had were very quickly addressed by the management company. this place does not keep any staples (ie sugar) etc from prior guests so you must plan to purchase everything every time.

I did review somewhere! We loved it. Great place for a big group. Easy to sky out but had a little walk to ski back it...not bad at all. Large kitchen. Great flow of space. With our large group more redéis Herat or space would be good. For drinks etc. I’ve maker wasn’t working. Dryer wasn’t working but we found another dryer in the ski mud room! Well equipped otherwise! Well attended. Tyler came to our rescue when the coffee maker wasn’t working. He brought us a whole new one! And he instructed the IT amongst us on how to operate all the electronics. The hot tub was close with towels right there. There wasn’t a night when it wasn’t used!

This was a perfect home and location for our family reunion! The house was awesome with all the necessities and plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent! Copper Mountain isn’t as busy or crowded as Breckenridge or Vail so if you don’t want a lot of commotion, this is the place for you! Though we did visit Breck and Vail as they are both a short drive away. Definitely stay in this home! It’s excellent!

Our family of 15 with 3 daughters, husbands and grandchildren spent 5 nights at Snow Maker Manor. The house was amazing with everything we needed to allow the adults visiting time while the kids were entertained in the pool room and media room. The outdoor patio was accessible and viewable from the living room so we enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings both inside and out. The location on Copper Mountain was secluded yet easy distance from the village as well as larger towns of Frisco and Breckenridge. We took advantage of whitewater rafting, fishing, biking and horseback riding.A totally enjoyable getaway!

Fabulous! We had a family vacation for our kids and grandkids (18 total) and can't say enough good things about Snow Maker Manor! House was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our very large group and 2 full size dogs. There are many highlights about the house, but my favorites were the large granite counter that was like an island that everyone could gather around and eat, drink, play games and hang out. The other was the entire glass wall that opens to the patio could easily fold up and the inside and outside turned into one awesome space. The weather was perfect to have the doors wide open. Cannot wait to get back to this property.

Fall mountain weekend

My group had an excellent stay and we would love to return for ski season or next year! The property rental company sends a lot of communications, but at least youre not short of information. Honestly, I got so many emails that it was somewhat difficult to find the important ones. We had to call and get a door code rest to enter the property at check-in, but we were smooth sailing after that. Highly recommend this house for a large group!

Amazing property
Arrived on 2019-09-19 | Beth F.We had such a fantastic time at this home. There was space enough for everyone (all 17 of us) and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The deck has amazing views and is large and quite private. We enjoyed watching the aspen across the way change from green to yellow/orange. It had a perfect location, with hiking out the back door. We walked up the slope to the ridge and found a nice, shady walk to enjoy and the dogs loved it! Kids big and small enjoyed movie night in the theater and the adults loved watching the game on the big screen. The kids also loved the bunk room and thought the coolest thing was each bed having its own tv! Management was easy to get a hold of and accommodated all our requests, which helped us enjoy our time there. My only small complaint is that the fridge wasn't really adequate for the amount of food 17 people need over a 4 day period. One additional fridge somewhere else in the house would have gone a long way. Like I said, small complaint as overall this house was really superb!

Wonderful. A couple of items for your review. •We left the doors on the cabinet on the bar open because the electrical equip in there gets very hot. You may want to talk to someone about putting in airholes or changing the glass to be wire mesh or something.... When I say hot... I mean truly overheated and a risk for the equipment.•Just an FYI – The stools in the kitchen were initially unusable... we have a video on how they swayed and wobbled and literally could not be used. You may want to leave an allenwrench handy as we went and bought one and tightened all the stools and they are fine... and very comfortable!•There is a WASP nest somewhere near garage and they were pretty heavy on the patio.I’m sharing just a few suggestions �� as I know this is a new rental and I’m a small business owner from the Springs and appreciate feedback so I can improve... please don’t take offense ��•Bed top floor – something is broken or loose. Literally if someone rolls from their back to their side it creaks and wakes the other person up. It seems like it is the left hand side when facing the bed is the side that is extremely noisy.•If there was at least ONE iron and ironing board it would be nice. We ended up not going to town for dinner because two of us needed an iron desperately and there were none•A nice to have for the female guests would be s small makeup mirror in the bathrooms. Just a small 8x or something to see. Some of the bathrooms are darker and it is harder to see for those of us over 40 ��•Night stand – A few of us fought over who got what side of the beds because there was only one nightstand and everyone wants their phones by them.

The house is amazing. Basically have three master suites and plenty of room otherwise. View is amazing and it’s right next to the ski run for winter and trails for summer. Mgmt/Rental company is super responsive as well. Highly recommend staying here. I already want to go back!

Arrived on 2019-07-31 | Bobby S.We had the two families of a wedding party stay here (as did we) and it was amazing. the rooms worked out perfect, the only negative I can possibly say is there is no AC and at night it got pretty warm in the rooms even w/ the windows open. Not all rooms had fans.

Arrived on 2019-07-14 | Michele W.The home was fantastic. No complaints at all on the property. We did have an instance with a worker that had been hired by the owner (not the property manager) and he accidentally let our dogs out while we were gone (they were hanging out in the garage) but he stayed there until we returned...about 45 minutes. His name was Wesley and he was our hero! Thank God they stayed nearby and didn't wonder into the mountains or traffic. The house is awesome!

Outstanding property and service!
Arrived on 2019-06-30 | John S.This property made for a great place to call home for three families out to Copper for our wedding. The house was very clean and set up well to host everyone with plenty of room. We had to call River Ridge Rentals for a couple of questions on items like how to start the gas firepit and they responded immediately and updated the rental app with the answers in case we needed to reference them again. This is our second time out to the Rocky's in 6 months and this experience put the previous one to shame. I will be using River Ridge Rentals for our next trip back.
