Owners need to replace all mattresses! Too nice a place to ignore the issue.
Arrived on 2025-02-26 | Martha W.For such a nice home, the owners must replace all of the mattresses in the future and we would not rent again without having that confirmation. The property is a very nice townhome with a good layout.Having two "den" areas allows for space for children and adults and in general more personal space. Kitchen is very well stocked and the grill is in good shape. The hottub was enjoyable and the property managers were very attentive and advised us in advance when they needed to enter the property. The location is ski in ski out to Snowflake lift. I hope the owners will take heed as the mattress isssue has been mentioned in other earlier reviews as well.

We enjoyed everything about the place. It was beautiful. Accommodations were great. The rental company was excellent as they reached out during our stay if there was anything needed. We didn’t really have any but wanted to mention for the next guest to provide some dish towels and a single serve coffee maker. Pleasantly surprised that within a few hours they both were delivered. We would definitely rent from them again.

BUT if your legs are tired from skiing like ours were…you are steps from the bus stop. The bus comes by every 15 minutes. This place is literally in the perfect location. Location of unit is fantastic although like anyone it would be great to be on a slope that does not require polling (first world problems). Unit is perfectly outfitted...in great shape, maintained well. Another first world problem...three levels which means two of the bedrooms require more stairs...difficult for older folks or disabled. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Again, not a big deal for us. The heated floors are awesome and the kitchen had plenty of cookware, etc. and the coffee machine has a permanent filter. They really did provide us plenty of dish, laundry and shower soap / shampoo as well vs. other rentals we've had. Will definitely stay here again if still available.

We had such a great time in this rental. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, views were beautiful, hot tub was AMAZING, very short walk to ski run that goes directly to lift. When we initially arrived I was happy we could check in a bit early. However the home could have been cleaned much better. The light switches had black marks where fingers were dirty. I actually cleaned them in the master bedroom. In addition there was dust on the railing up and down the stairs accumulated. For what we paid I've been in places that smell freshly cleaned walking in. That was my expectation but that was not what we received. Overall the location was amazing close to everything. The view was breathtaking.

Our family really enjoyed this home and it's location. It truly is a ski in and ski out chalet. It is just off the Snowflake lift, easy to access and convenient to jump on the mountain. I only wish they would install a T-Bar for the return near the pond (on the snowflake run). I am surprised the residents have not been successful in that request. The house was VERY well equipped- extra bedding, blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ALL meals in and eat within the dining area. The home had little surprises (YAY) that had an automatic garage door that closed within 10 or so minutes, heated basement floor and entry floor (where we dumped everything to dry out, no standing water from our boots). I highly recommend this house for future vacationers.

The place was clean, hot tub was wonderful. Ski-out is perfect, ski-in takes a little bit of pushing on skis, and unclipping on a snowboard. Take Snowflake towards the Snowflake lift and follow the path.

We arrived 2 hrs early and they allowed us to check in right away. Upon arrival there was a very thoughtful goodie bag with coffee and other accoutrements which we thoroughly Enjoyed. This is ski on ski off but you will need to walk down a flight of steps to get to the lift which is literally a stones throw away. I have never stayed in a More convenient location to a ski mountain. Rentals and lift tickets are available right at the lift area behind the house. Take advantage of the concierge as they made some amazing recommendations for restaurants that we would have otherwise overlooked! All around this was a very nice, clean property. We would stay here again.

The top floor is the kitchen and family room, the main floor is the main entrance and the master bedroom, and the bottom level is another family room, two bedrooms and access to the hot tub. We stayed with our college aged kids and their roommates so having the separate floor for their rooms and the hot tub was perfect. I don't know if it would have been great with young kids. The condo is a typical ski condo with some areas that are a little worn, but it was clean, had a great stocked kitchen.. and the ski in and ski out was perfect. It backs up to the Snowflake lift. We skied all morning, came back for a quick lunch, and skied the afternoon. Easy walk into town for shopping and dinner.

The ski Chalet was fantastic. Everything that is described in the the description is very accurate. It was a great hike for our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is perfect for skiers and riders alike. One thing I will point out for those that are not familiar is that the unit is on the Snowflake trail. The snowflake trail has many flat/catwalk portions where you will need to pole, but it is 100% ski in and out. The hot tub was fantastic and great after a day on the slopes but it is accesible through one of the 2 masters not through a family room type room. Over all the place was great and I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Breck.

Very nice place. Well appointed. The 3 levels means lots fo stair climbing. Must exit through a bedroom to access hot tub. There were NO kitchen amenities in regard to any spices. You must provide EVERYTHING. Be aware the calling this is really only a ski-in condo for skiers. Snowboards will be doing a lot of walking to get here from the slopes.
Perfect Ski Chalet!
Arrived on 2019-02-14 | Jeremy M.Overall: We loved it.Dwelling: Townhome. Single car garage + parking for an additional vehicle in front of the garage. 3 levels. Bottom level 2 bedrooms (each with own bathroom) and 1 common sitting area, washer & dryer - hot tub is on this level and is accessed through one of the bedrooms. Middle level master bed/bath, garage, entry Top level: Kitchen, dinning area, living area w/ gas fireplace, porch, and outdoor grill. The place is in great shape and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans (we cook all of our dinners at the chalet).Location: It's a quick and easy ski out to snowflake lift. The chalet sits adjacent to the snowflake run just above the bottom of the snowflake lift. Ski in - this is a little more difficult. We skied in every day for lunch and at the end of the day. You take snowflake run - which has two very flat spots that require some pole pushing/walking. Although annoying it wasn't terrible. It is a groomed run but there is not getting around the flats. There is a public bus stop about 5 min walk from the front door. A quick 3 min ride and you are at base 9. The buses also run into town. The buses are quite convenient and run frequently during the busy hours.Management Service: Reserving, checkin, and checkout all went very smooth. We were provided a code to get into the chalet which was activated at our check in date time. We requested a late checkout the day prior to leaving and it was no issue. The management team came by one day to check the hot tub but called prior to coming and respected our sleeping toddlers while in the house.Other: The separate levels helped because we had multiple toddlers - therefore they didn't wake each other up. We took a multigeneration family ski trip and stayed here. It was important to be able to ski to/from the condo because we switched who was watching the kids during the day at lunch. We were very happy with the quality, location, and overall experience.

beautiful property, well equiped kitchen, good town location
Arrived on 2019-01-04 | Michael S.ski in-out was correct but snowboards had a dificult time returning to property, had to hike up hill or accross flat terrain to get back to unit. rental agents were very attentive and frendly. hot tub on back patio was fabulous. kitchen was remarkable with every thing you could need. gas grill was also a plus. rooms were large and well laid out. would return to this property if no snowboards were in our party.

The home was lovely, clean and exactly what we needed with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It was well stocked with basic items. The location was great. Easy access to town if we wanted to drive and park in the big lot just on the west side of the river on the south end of town. Or for the more adventurous in our group, it was a nice walk. Would definitely stay there again.

I had the privilege to book this for a family vacation July 15-21. I had three generations of family members. My parents who are in their late 70's, my daughter and her husband and myself and boyfriend. We learned of a new edition to our family through the game Charades. It was priceless to see the new great grandparents rejoice as well as me Grandma. The kitchen table saw many Uno tournaments, Family Feud nights and dinners together. We loved this place. It was quiet, spotless and just the best week ever. It was so nice to be able to sit and eat dinner together at the same time without cell phones, work, computers and such (what a novel idea) I would recommend this gem to anyone.

This place was great, the management company was quick and precise. Very clean and would definitely rent here again. If you snowboard, don't take Snowflake back down when you are done for the day, take 4 O Clock and stay to the right. Much easier to walk up a slight hill then all the flat spots on Snowflake.

It was in a great location, very much walkable to town. The description said the kitchen was stocked, and it sure was! The private hot tub was such a great feature! All the ladies also raved about it and how they would stay there again in a heartbeat. The management company was also very nice, welcoming and responsive!
