My family and I vacation once a year to discuss yearly goals. This rental was the perfect location and layout. We were able to communicate and meditate . It was large enough to allow our private space when needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood hood was very quiet. We will be booking again.

This place is a stunner as soon as you pull into the driveway. The views are beautiful. The finishes in the house make you feel like royalty. The staff was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The definition of a mountain house escape. It was refreshing to come home to and difficult to leave! So much room for everyone you never feel crammed or that you don’t have your own space. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and check out procedures were simple and easy!

This house is beyond amazing! We rented it for 30 days to escape the Texas heat, and it was not only beautiful, but much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the back porch looking at the golf course and mountains are stunning! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. River Ridge Rentals was extremely responsive to any and all requests we had (box fans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, surround sound system, etc.).The only changes I would make is that the couch upstairs is rather worn causing everyone to sink towards the middle cracks, and the bed sheets were scratchy and stiff. We cannot wait to return to this house next summer! Thank you River Ridge Rentals for everything!!

Truly, my favorite house in Breckenridge. We’ve stayed An iron Eagle approximately three or four times now and it never gets old. It almost feels like our home away from home. This place is stunningly designed, clean, and the management staff is second to none. We will always check with this property on our quarterly trips to Breckenridge.

The house had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably with each couple in their own rooms. It took about 5-10 min to drive to the gondolas that take you up to the ski areas, so that was super convenient. Communication with the management company was excellent - if we needed anything they would respond within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iron Eagle Landing!

Overall we loved the house! You cannot beat the location and views. We did notice a few things could be updated. The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.

What a wonderful home! We had four families meet up for a ski week and it was fabulous. It was the first time that we all felt like there was plenty of room for adults and kids. The location was just close enough to town for getting the lifts, dining and spa, but with a little solitude. Some SMALL items I would suggest. Invest in additional glassware. We had to run the dish multiple times a day to have enough glassware for everyone. Some of the walls could use a wipe down. I am sure this is just normal wear on a rental.

We had an incredible time for my husbands 40th birthday! The house was as described, and easily accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The location was perfect as it was basically on Breckenridge Golf Club which was one of the courses we played and provided amazing views. The kitchen was actually stocked with everything we needed for food prep and cooking which was amazing. Would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area!

Very impressed with all interactions with management River Ridge Rentals. They promptly answered any questions prior to booking. They graciously allowed an early check in. They had someone come out the same day I contacted them to report fire pit would not start and replaced propane tank. The property itself was beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub and fire pit were popular amenities enjoyed by my family.

Iron Eagle is an amazing property right on Breckenridge Golf Course...we had three families have a wonderful time over the 4th. Only issue that arose was a hot tub malfunction and the staff at River Ridge Rentals resolved the issue quickly!

This house is so beautiful and full of life. Everything you need is right here at the house. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise and the neighbors are so friendly.
