Very nice home in good location, close enough to walk to the slopes. Management company was great to communicate with. Furnishings and smart home electronics are dated and worn out. Steam room and hot tub were very nice. Plenty of towels. Coffee was left as a gift rather than included and there were no cone filters for the coffee machine. The unit was not very clean, we ended up cleaning juice off the walls and cabinets, cleaning the floors, and taking out trash from the prior guest.
Family ski trip
Arrived on 2025-02-01 | Steven C.Great house and location. Easy walk or ski down to 4 o'clock run to the 3 o'clock lift. Similar easy to ski home. House had great living space open to the kitchen and perfect for hanging out and playing games. Would definitely recommend.

Birthday getaway

Great amenities, love that there were “good” Kleenexes throughout the house, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our large group. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was liquid hand soap provided in all the bathrooms. My family had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday and we appreciate it so much!!

Where do we start. We used this place for a family company retreat. Everyone one in the party had their own room and bathroom. the rooms are enough apart you don't hear anything. Place for all ages of kids to play. Location is great either a 5 min drive or you can walk down the way to the bus stop. Nice and quite and plenty of places to walk. We will come back for more company meetings.

Had a fantastic stay! Ski access was great, just a short ski down to the trail and easy, short walk back at the end of the day. House was great for multiple families and had plenty to do for all ages. Very short drive to Breck town. Would rent again for sure.

Exceeded expectations

The multiple levels allow for each sub-family to have their own space to relax with several large areas to gather. We enjoyed the theatre room, steam room, and hot tub everyday. The home is large yet very comfortable and cozy. The ski in - ski out feature was terrific to allow for skiers to come and go easily. We will return if available.

Wonderful Home

Large house easily accommodated several families. Plenty of space, and the kids loved the pool table and home theatre. The home is beautiful and well well appointed. Short walk to 4 O’Clock run allowed everyone to head out to the slopes and return when they wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home, very clean on arrival. There were 6 adults, 2 17 year olds and 5 grade school kids. We all fit VERY comfortably. The rental management is very responsive and even has a text line that is super easy and efficient. There is a very nice home theater in the basement and a whole house audio system that is top of the line. My only suggestion is a laminated instruction sheet on use of the system. thank you for a great week!

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space! Games & toys for the kids, pool table for the tween/teens, and a hot tub for the adults. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The large dining table worked well for eating together & family games, too. We were disappointed the projector was not working during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy a family movie night, but the management company was quick to offer a fair reimbursement to our stay since the part for the projector would not arrive before we departed. They were very responsive with any questions/concerns we had. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!

First Class all the Way
Arrived on 2022-01-05 | RandiThe property exceeded our expectations on every front. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the house itself was exactly as described. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home for the duration of the vacation. The location was absolutely perfect with the ski-in/out feature and it took only minutes to drive into town to sample the various restaurants and shops.
