The home was a perfect fit for our fun summer family getaway to the mountains. It was close to everything, yet tucked away in a very quiet, private area. The town of Breckenridge was so enjoyable, hiking nearby was perfect, and we utilized the recreation center nearby for great pickleball play. The house was furnished perfectly for a family with everything needed to cook and lounge, and with so many recreational games that kept us busy in our downtime. The view in the family room area was so beautiful with views of the mountains. The fire pit and hot tub were private and nice. Very safe area with no noise. We enjoyed it in every way!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It is right near many biking/hiking trails so no need to load the bikes and drive anywhere. After a busy day relaxing in the living room and staring out at the mountains was dreamy. The basement was a great place to hand out with the family as it had multiple games for all to enjoy. The rental management company was extremely responsive and full of very nice people.

Baldy Ridge Chalet was the perfect home for our family! We had 2 teenagers and a bunch of adult/kids who enjoyed every aspect of the home. The location and views of the mountain were spectacular - watching the sun set and rise and the changes in weather were amazing. The house is outfitted with everything you could ask for, the beds very comfortable, ample parking - we had 3 cars, clean, beautifully decorated - could not have asked for a better home away from home for our family. AND River Ridge Rentals was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had! Many, many thanks!!!

This beautiful property was perfect for our family of 11 - 3 couples, 3 teens and 2 pre-teens. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space yet perfect for our large group accommodations in living, dining and kitchen as well as the bonus game room for kids of all ages. The hot tub, fire pit and large gas grill were also popular. This property was all we hoped for and more. It’s true - there’s a picture postcard out window. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the nearby McCullogh Gulch Trail with its waterfalls, white water rafting in the Blue River, zip lining near Buena Vista as well as taking in the gondola and festive activities in Breckenridge and its surrounding communities.

I have rented in the area for several years now. This is one of the best experiences. Reason being, many rental companies will just do the minimum regarding maintenance on a property. This property was extremely well maintained and stocked. This is especially remarkable given this is a pet friendly property. Their app made the check in/out process painless and their contact number for 24 hour needs was predominantly displayed and communicated.

Great place for a family reunion!

The kitchen and living room were perfect for cooking and playing games. It was also so nice that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. So after a long day of hiking and outdoor activities folks could get some quiet time in their own rooms. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it was still a short drive to town. The views from the house were amazing! It was such a nice contrast from our busy lives. The communication from the hosts was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this property again. The house was great. We loved the game room and the views and the quiet. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 10 of us. The owners had a brand new refrigerator installed right before we arrived and unfortunately it wasn't working. I let them know and a property manager came over right away to look at it. He brought us some ice but the new appliance was just not working. Luckily there was a fully operating refrigerator in the garage and we used that for our stay. They were very accommodating to us and I would highly recommend this home.

Fantastic location and home

View cannot be beat! Lovely home & lots of space for our group of 14. As RR Rentals indicated, you must have 4 wheel drive or chains to access if snow on road. Easy drive to mountain. Did not try shuttle. Game room super fun for evening. Home has everything you need for comfortable stay.

House was spacious and perfect for a large family gathering. Property management company was always quick to respond . I have owned a mountain home for 34 years in Steamboat and this was the best service. You can hike right outside the door and mountain bike. The towels and linens are NOT high end.. Walmart quality at best and worn thin. Bring your own sheets! We were there for 3 weeks and so I scheduled a mid stay clean. Management makes you go through Key Concierge..,, $340 and they left dishes in the sink and didn’t clean the master bath. They did refund me all but $40. I would rent again and bring my own sheets.

We had a great time. Due to covid and winter storm that hit one of the days we didn’t do many activities but we still had amazing time. The house was perfect for our group of teenagers, young adults and parents. We enjoyed the large fully stocked kitchen for making great meals and snacks, playing cards and games at the big table and lounging in family room watching sports. Everyone had their space when they wanted it but we also had plenty of room for group activities.

We had an excellent time with 5 couples in Breckenridge. The house has pool, shuffle board, foosball, air hockey and arcade games. The home is very spacious and has a fire pit and hot tub. We will definitely return in the future.

Not one complaint from the group! The views were amazing and one of the neighbors told us about a hiking trail close which took up to Baldy Hill lookout which was a hiking Jr of our trip. The bedrooms were cozy and the game room was a hit! Sitting by the large gas fireplace in the main living room was our favorite part of the house! Def recommend if your looking for a nice home away from home!

This was my Mother n Laws 84th Birthday so we wanted them to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. The house was perfect, very well appointed, stocked with everything you need and the most gorgeous views in the area. Baldy Ridge Chalet
Arrived on 2018-11-12 | Rachel H.We came to Breckenridge in early November and decided to stay at the Baldy Ridge property. It was the best decision we could had made! The house is perfect for large groups, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you cooking essentials, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a game room with a pool table, shuffle board, pac man, and plenty of board games. Has much fun as the house provides, the best thing about it is by far the view. We got there at night and it was so special to wake up to full views of the snow covered mountains. The house is about a 7 minute drive to town and while the roads are plowed it would probably be best to get a 4WD or AWD car. We cant recommend this house enough and we are excited to visit again over the summer.

We had 4 generations at the house and it met everyone's expectations! The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids and adults. The hot tub was clean and it looks like the owner is having new steps installed. The kitchen was well-appointed and all electric items worked perfectly. The house has stunning views and was clean and comfortable. We loved our time there and felt if there had been a problem, the management team would have dealt with it promptly. 2 Family Ski Trip with Small Children

Our overall experience with the house and management company was top notch. The house was perfect for 2 families of 4 with small children (5,5,2,2) and a sitter. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax for the adults and let the kids enjoy the playroom. The house had everything we needed to cook and clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or with the management company. My feedback to the owner/management to improve the experience would be to remove the foosball table as it sits up against a wall and takes up space to walk to the bedroom. We had to drape towels over the handles as one of the children smacked their head on it walking by. Watch out for renters with dogs. It's apparent many of them are not picking up after their pets and getting to the hot tub can be an exercise in hop scotch.

The classic video game console is a really unique touch! The views are spectacular and the home/bedding arrangement was very comfortable for 9 adults (4 couples and one single). The house was close to town and situated up in a nice area with only a few other similar large homes around. We loved the open Living room with the many windows and views.. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Large master bath with a nice large jetted tub. Great game room downstairs where the younger crowd hung out. Hot tub was convenient right outside the door.. The Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking quite a few meals. Driveway was a hit for snowboarding and sledding down...Would love to comeback in the summer to this home..

Great that the owners added a sofa down there! Kitchen needs a utensil restock and the oven cooks hot but still had a great time. Favorite memories-listening to Christmas songs and watching the snow fall outside the huge picture window. Hot tubbing with huge fat snowflakes falling from the heavens.
